Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ – 4 PQE) Location: Brighton / Hove, East Sussex (Hybrid Working) Property Litigation / Dispute Resolution Solicitor Opportunity A respected and growing law firm in Brighton / Hove, East Sussex is seeking an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or a solicitor with up to 4 years’ PQE to develop their career within a modern, forward‑thinking practice offering high‑quality contentious property work and long‑term progression. The Role The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will manage a broad and varied caseload of property‑related disputes, including: Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes Possession claims Lease disputes and interpretation issues Boundary disputes Easements and rights of way Breaches of covenant General property litigation matters You will have a good level of autonomy, supported by an experienced team and will be encouraged to build trusted relationships with landlords, property owners, investors and corporate clients.
