As part of our governance team, you’ll help our organisation stay on track delivering this for thousands of people in neighbourhoods around Gloucestershire. You play in key role in our internal control framework and provide admin support for a wide range of governance work. Working with team members across the organisation you will facilitate our annual internal audit, monitor our compliance dashboard, keep our risk database up to date and make sure our policies are regularly reviewed. What you’ll bring to our team Using your organisational skill and keen eye for detail, you’ll proactively produce high quality work to tight deadlines. You’ll build strong relationships with our teams and partners and help ensure effective governance and assurance framework across the organisation. What we’re looking for Ability to producing high quality written work, demonstrating attention to detail and ability to work flexibly to within tight deadlines. Evidence of being a self-starter to meet deadlines. Good knowledge and interest in social housing issues and services offered by registered providers and other housing regulatory bodies is desirable, but not essential. Excellent IT skills ability to use Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams. Excellent administrative skills. Excellent oral and written communications. Governance or Risk qualifications are desirable. Proactive focus on Continuous Professional Development (CPD). Knowledge of Social Housing Regulation and compliance, or similar regulated environment.
