About the Warehouse Administrator role:
Working across Monday to Friday
1 x Fixed Early Shift(6am-2pm) positionavailable
1 x Fixed Late Shift(2pm-10pm)positionavailable
Salary is £28K per annum
Permanent contract to start May 2026
Based in Swindon area (SN5)
Key Responsibilities for the Warehouse Administrator role:
Maintain accurate stock records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Process all inbound and outbound documentation, including delivery notes, pick lists, and shipment manifests
Perform routine cycle counts and support full stock-take activities
Investigate stock discrepancies and collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve issues
Schedule and confirm delivery and collection appointments with suppliers and transport partners
Prepare shipping labels, customs documentation (if applicable), and dispatch paperwork
Update and maintain WMS, ERP, and Excel-based records
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports
Monitor system alerts, open tasks, and pending orders to ensure smooth workflow
Act as a key point of contact for transport companies, suppliers, and internal colleagues
Maintain secure, organised filing systems for audits and traceability.
Experience / Skills required for the Warehouse Administrator role:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or ERP systems.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
