Job Description
1. Provide legal advice and guidance on employment law matters to clients.
2. Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
3. Represent clients in employment-related disputes and litigation.
4. Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Assist in developing strategies for handling workplace issues and disputes.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in employment law.
8. Support clients with internal investigations and risk management strategies.
