Job Title: Multi Skilled Operative
We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Operative in the Torbay area.
Position Overview
This role is for a South West based client with a great reputation. The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling odd jobs, assisting tradespeople, and performing basic fixes and maintenance work.
Candidate Requirements
1. Own basic hand tools and PPE
2. Some experience in a busy, professional construction/building environment
3. Driving licence is advantageous but not essential, as projects span across Devon and Somerset
Additional Details
This position is initially temporary with the potential to become permanent after 13 weeks. The client manages multiple projects across various areas.
Compensation
Pay ranges from £15 to £20 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Options for CIS or PAYE payments are available.
