Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Catering Assistants to ensure the dining room is clean, inviting, and food is tasty and appealing.
* Ensure guests and colleagues are fuelled and hydrated, ready for adventure.
* Maintain food safety standards and procedures, handling complex dietary and allergen requirements.
* Keep the dining area clean and well looked after guests.
Qualifications
* At least three months experience in a catering role.
* Level 3 or above qualification in Food Safety.
* Experience working with young people and supervising a team is a bonus.
* Great interpersonal skills, leadership ability, confidence to handle complex dietary requirements.
