What Will You Be Doing?
This position is for 16 hours a week. In this role, you will:
* Empower clients to manage their health, wellbeing, and independence.
* Identify strengths and help achieve goals in partnership with subcontractors.
* Support client engagement with community professionals and explain service pathways.
* Co-produce group activities and peer networks.
* Promote client safety and participation while maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.
* Assist with tenancy management, including rent collection, arrears, and voids.
* Help clients build independent living skills.
* Work flexibly within the team to support health and safety, property maintenance, budgeting, and resource efficiency under the Team Leader's direction.

Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* A solid understanding of health and safety in accommodation-based settings.
* Experience working with individuals with mental health needs.
* Basic knowledge of housing management, including maintenance and repairs.
* Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills for clear, professional communication.
* A sound understanding of safeguarding practices and the ability to address concerns appropriately.
