Product Support Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen in our team here at T A Drilling for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join us within our Product and Internal Sales Support team. T A DRILLLING (SALES) Ltd is keen for an organised and highly motivated individual to work as a key member of the Product Support and internal Sales team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our after sales, and our on-going parts and accessories support for our customers, fully meets their expectations and they will also be key in assisting the sales team. We are a leading supplier of trenchless equipment, landscaping machinery, pipeline equipment and specialist lifting and material handling equipment for the construction, rail and utility sectors amongst others. We are a growing business, and we are passionate about delivering great service with a can-do attitude for our large customer portfolio across the UK and Europe. Key responsibilities: * Customer support including warranty support and administration * Dealing with imports and exports across our product range * Internal sales of parts and accessories across our product range * Maintaining adequate stock levels, dealing with and ordering from our suppliers * Logging customer enquiries * Analyse customer enquiries * Sales Pipeline Management * Producing Excel reports and analysing data, ranging from daily sales analysis and customer spend analysis * Liaising with our service manager, recording and invoicing service, repair and warranty work Experience, Knowledge & Skills: * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative * The ability to record and annotate data accurately * Have a keen attention to detail * Excellent time management and organisational skills and capable of managing multiple priorities * Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal * Able to successfully adapt and deal with challenges in a confident and professional manner * Good level of IT competence with knowledge of all Microsoft packages but especially Excel and sage accounting software * Previous work experience in a commercial environment or commercial awareness would be ideal as would knowledge of the construction equipment sector All the above skills are desirable but for the right candidate we will offer full training.
