Events & Fundraising Officer

The charity is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Events & Fundraising Officer to join their small, friendly, and energetic team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting the delivery of major fundraising events, including walks, quizzes, and bake sales.
* Managing event sign-ups and supporter data using Salesforce (training provided).
* Creating engaging event materials and drafting participant communications.
* Attending and helping to run events, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all.
* Following up with participants and maintaining strong relationships.
* Promoting the organisation externally and safeguarding its reputation.
* Leading on specific events as allocated.
What You’ll Bring:
* A genuine passion for social justice and equal opportunities.
* Experience in event coordination and supporter engagement.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and social media for business.
* Excellent attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
