We are seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join a growing and highly supportive domiciliary care team in the Southampton area. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality care is delivered to clients in their own homes. You will be responsible for scheduling care visits, managing care staff and acting as a key point of contact for clients and their families. The ideal candidate will have the ability to efficiently prioritise in a fast-paced environment and an understanding of the requirements and adaptability required to thrive in a small business.
