As a Facilities Manager in our Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre team, you’ll take a leading role in keeping one of the UK’s most iconic sporting and heritage venues running smoothly. You’ll make sure our facilities are safe, welcoming, and high-quality – supporting both elite athletes and our local community to thrive. You’ll be entrusted to: · Provide day-to-day leadership to our operations team, acting as second in command and supporting the Contract Manager. · Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring service excellence across all areas, including accommodation. · Oversee site standards, keeping facilities clean, safe, and professionally presented, while regularly acting as Manager on Duty. · Work closely with departmental leads to maintain operational readiness and foster a proactive, collaborative culture. · Support and lead the Front of House team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. · Monitor and report on key accommodation performance indicators such as revenue, costs, guest satisfaction, and service standards.
