Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
* Accurately handle customer transactions and process payments.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
* Promote Fluffy Fluffy's products and services to customers.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient service.
* Preparing and plating pancakes according to established standards.
* Follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station. Including standards for stocking, rotating, and storing products.
* Perform cleaning tasks and daily checklists and maintain cleaning standards.
* Follow inventory stocking and recording guidelines.
Skills
* Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience whipping meringues is a plus
