We are seeking a team of talented Chefs to join our team at Grove Green Inns Ltd, located in the heart of our community. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality meals that align with our commitment to excellent service and culinary excellence.
Responsibilities
* Lead kitchen operations to ensure efficient food production and service.
* Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality.
* Manage kitchen staff, providing training and support to foster a collaborative environment.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices.
* Develop and implement new menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
* Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering of kitchen supplies.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Monitor kitchen performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
* Support the head chef
* Kitchen prep and organisation
* Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role.
* Strong knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen management.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
* Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff.
