Design Project Manager Based in Sheffield 3 days a week onsite Contract running until end of November initially About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Design Project Manager to join our clients team and play a key role in delivering complex, high-impact projects within tight deadlines. You’ll work across cross-functional teams, managing multiple deliverables and collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver a high volume of project deliverables to urgent timescales. Collaborate with cross-functional teams as part of a large programme environment. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Review and update MS Project Plans and conduct resource planning. Proactively manage risks and issues to avoid project delays. Drive accountability and ensure deliverables meet time, scope, and quality requirements. Lead meetings and communicate progress effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Foster a positive, collaborative team environment. Resolve conflicts and support decision-making within the team. Essential Skills & Experience Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong technical understanding of infrastructure technologies and connectivity. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to work independently and take full ownership of delivery. Proficient in MS Project and resource planning tools. Strong risk and issue management capabilities. Effective leadership, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized with excellent time management abilities. Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive approach. Desirable Skills Experience working in global teams or within large organizations. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and JIRA Plans. Background in Architecture or Design teams. Understanding of PAM (Privileged Access Management) tools. Previous experience working within financial services.
