A Public Sector Organisation based in North Belfast is looking to recruit for a temporary Receptionist.
Your new role
1. You will act as first point of contact, taking calls and providing information.
2. Greet and welcome visitors and staff.
3. Maintain accurate records and update information on the system.
4. Manage and respond to correspondence including emails, calls, letters, etc.
5. Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role (within the last 5 years).
* Previous customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to manage time effectively and strong organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
What You’ll Get in Return
* £13 per hour.
* Temporary for 3–6 months.
