Candidate Profile
11. At least 3 years' experience delivering small to medium-sized property projects.
12. Strong stakeholder engagement abilities and proven project coordination skills.
13. Professional qualifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or APM are beneficial but not essential.
14. Degree in Construction, Surveying, or a related discipline.
