The Role Will Involve: Leading on the school's financial management, working closely with the central finance team to oversee budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure accurate and timely reporting to the Headteacher and Local Governing Body. Taking responsibility for the HR function, including recruitment processes, payroll preparation, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Overseeing health and safety compliance, making sure the school meets all statutory and safeguarding requirements. Providing high-level strategic support to the Headteacher as part of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to whole-school planning and decision-making.
