Rota: 2 on 4 off, full day sleeps, working out at 7 sleeps per month.
Monthly Attendance Bonus: £1800 extra per year.
Training: Enrolment into Level 5 qualification.
Requirements: UK Manual Driving Licence essential, with a minimum of 2 years' experience supporting young people.
We are seeking experienced candidates to lead a team supporting children and young people in a residential home setting. Residential support roles involve long day shifts with sleep-ins overnight.
Our client has an excellent reputation for providing high-quality residential care and education for children and young people with adverse childhood experiences, mental health conditions such as Autism, Social, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties, and complex needs.
Role: As a Team Leader, you will assist and support managers, ensure smooth shift operations, assign tasks to support workers, and monitor their completion. You will help children maintain and develop relationships, encourage community engagement, and support daily living activities. Safeguarding children and reporting any harm is paramount. When not on duty, you will handle housekeeping and maintain hygiene standards to ensure a high-quality environment.

What we look for:
* Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a residential setting
