Working closely with machinists, engineers and quality teams, you’ll help make production smarter, faster and more reliable while solving genuine engineering challenges on the shop floor.

What you’ll be involved in and what you can expect to work across
* Developing machining strategies for complex precision components
* Introducing new parts into production and refining manufacturing processes
* Driving efficiency, reliability and production capability improvements
* Working closely with the shop floor and machinists to solve real engineering challenges
* Designing tooling, fixtures and manufacturing solutions to optimise production
