Our successful team in Manchester are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to provide administrative and secretarial support to a multidisciplinary team of professionals. This is a key role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business, requiring excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work across departments with confidence and discretion.
Role and responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support across our engineering teams.
* Opportunity to support other areas of the business, including HR, Finance, Marketing, and other teams on an ad hoc basis.
* Manage shared inboxes, respond to internal queries, and escalate as needed.
* Support the organisation of meetings, including preparing agendas, booking rooms, and taking minutes.
* Maintain accurate records and update company systems and databases.
* Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
* Help coordinate company events, training sessions, or workshops.
* Process purchase orders, invoices, and travel bookings (where applicable).
* Support filing, scanning, archiving, and other general office duties.
* Learn and comply with company policies, processes, and confidentiality standards.

Education Requirements
* English GCSE Grade 4/C, Level 2 Functional Skills, or equivalent.
