SEN Teacher - Transform Learning, One Student at a Time

Location:Spilsby and surrounding areas
Pay:£30-£35 per hour (PAYE, case dependent)
Working Pattern:Monday to Friday | Term-Time Only
Hours:9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible working available)
Focus:One-to-One Teaching | SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and Medical Needs
The Role
Looking for a teaching role where you can make a direct and lasting impact? We're seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to work one-to-one with students who require a more personalised, flexible approach to learning. You'll be supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs-academic, emotional, and medical-helping them re-engage with education and thrive in their own way.
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver customised lessons in core subjects, tailored to individual learning styles
* Build meaningful relationships with students and their families
* Create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
* Support emotional development alongside academic progress
* Encourage independence, resilience, and a growth mindset
What You'll Need
* QTS or equivalent (PGCE)
* Minimum 2 years' teaching experience
* Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)
* Experience across Key Stages 1-4
* Background in supporting students with SEN, SEMH, or complex needs
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection
