Key Responsibilities: • Be an excellent classroom practitioner who can plan, prepare, assess and deliver high-quality learning tailored to individual needs. • Create a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment that reflects our ethos and promotes our core values: Caring, Brave, Creative, Inquisitive, Independent, and Humble. • Use adaptive teaching strategies to ensure all children, including those with SEND or high ability, make strong progress. • Foster a love of learning and curiosity about the world. • Maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, supporting a strong home-school partnership. • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extra-curricular activities and whole-school events.
