The Paid Media Manager will manage the delivery, optimisation, and performance of paid digital campaigns, working across major platforms like Google Ads and Meta. With a clear remit to scale performance, you'll play a vital role in turning marketing goals into measurable success.
Track and analyse campaign performance using GA and Ads platforms
– Coordinate assets and ensure ads reflect brand and seasonal strategy
– Conduct testing and optimise bids, targeting, and creative performance
2+ years' experience in digital paid media (agency or in-house)
– Strong with numbers, budgets, and performance insights
– 25 days holiday + your birthday off + bank holidays
– Hybrid model: 1–2 days a week (local) or 1/fortnight (non-local)
