Social Worker – Children With Disabilities
We are looking for a Social Worker to join our Children With Disabilities team based in Lincoln or Sleaford, covering the entire county. Whether you are starting your career or have years of experience, we may have a role for you.
About the Role
Newly Qualified Social Worker (ASYE program): 12‑month program with protected and reduced workload, reflective supervision (weekly first 6 weeks, fortnightly until 6 months, monthly thereafter), critical reflection logs, formal personal supervision and monthly group learning.
Level 1 Social Worker: Manage cases from assessment to ongoing interventions, work directly with children, young people and families, co‑work on complex caseloads with experienced colleagues.
Experienced Social Worker: Manage complex cases, support planning, reassess packages of care, lead cases from start to finish, assist when young people transfer to adult care.
What We’re Looking For
* Newly qualified or experienced social worker with passion for working with children with disabilities (training provided if required).
* Ability to travel across the county.
