What We are Looking For
* Experience: Care experience in domiciliary, senior care, nursing homes (preferred)
* Transport: Own vehicle & valid driving license (BIG advantage)
* Qualifications: NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (desirable)
* Skills: Communication Skills and Medication administration (preferred)
* Traits: Compassionate, patient, and emphatic
* Professionalism: Discreet, reliable, and organised
* Compliance: Enhanced DBS, two references and right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide compassionate, high-quality care, ensuring clients' comfort and dignity
* Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal prep, and mobility
* Administer medication as prescribed, monitor health changes, and maintain a safe home environment
* Offer companionship and help with appointments, errands, and outings
* Maintain accurate records of care logs and report concerns promptly
* Effective Communication with clients and care team
