This is a Part Time Role
You will be expected to ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in various areas of the store. No two days will be the same—whether filling shelves, serving on the tills, managing stock, or picking deliveries. Everything you do matters, ensuring our customers get everything they came for, served quickly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
Main Responsibilities
* Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal and reporting discrepancies to the manager.
* Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.
* Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
* Polite interactions with delivery staff and appropriate responses to queries and complaints, referring complex issues to the appropriate person.
Requirements
* A positive attitude and comfort working to meet designated pick rates.
* Passion for customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.
* Punctuality and proper presentation.
