AXA – Global Healthcare have an exciting opportunity for a Video and Content Specialist to join the Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for creating, editing, and managing multimedia content to support the brand’s marketing, communication, and engagement efforts. You’ll provide expertise in video production, content creation, design and storytelling to deliver high-quality visual materials that align with the brand and marketing campaigns, and the company’s key innovation projects.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you’ll be doing:
* Plan, create, and edit videos for various platforms including social and digital media campaigns
* Create content for events, external communications for digital platforms
* Design simple assets for marketing such as infographics, digital posters, design of presentations and documents including some elements of copy
* Work to content calendars and schedules to ensure timely project delivery
* Collaborate with marketing, design, and creative teams to develop cohesive content strategies
* Analyse content performance and optimise for better engagement

What you’ll bring:
* Video production skills, including in-house planning and filming
* Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
* Extensive experience and portfolio evidence in video production, illustration/motion graphics, and video editing
* Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) with experience in creating simple artwork and design
* Strong storytelling abilities, including experience in building storyboards
* Knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media platforms
* Experience collaborating with marketing teams to produce videos for various purposes, including short-form content for social media, digital ads, and long-form content for events
* Creativity and attention to detail while adhering to brand guidelines
* Strong stakeholder and project management skills, including maintaining schedules and managing briefing processes
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
