Role responsibilities
* Overall leadership and management of the Toyota Centre and oversight of the sales management of the assigned dealerships at the Portadown site.
* Drive performance in customer satisfaction, sales, profit, and quality, inspiring teams to deliver the highest standard of service to customers.
* Strategically review performance across the assigned dealerships and identify future trends and opportunities.
* Agree and implement departmental budgets and dealership objectives; monitor performance and take corrective action as needed.
* Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, customers, and staff; understand requirements and exceed expectations.
* Monitor the performance of the management team and coach their teams to achieve targets.
* Manage the Portadown site facilities, equipment, and ensure high standards of environmental, quality, and health and safety compliance.
About you
* Substantial experience in leading a team in a large organisation, preferably within the motor industry.
* Ability to consistently deliver results and motivate teams to reach their full potential.
People, targets & objectives
* Reporting to the COO; work closely with the sales and aftersales departments to achieve business objectives including manufacturer and financial targets.
* Drive a continuous improvement culture underpinned by company values; coach and inspire teams to exceed targets while delivering outstanding customer care.
Requirements & skills
* Business leadership with a positive, proactive attitude.
* Confident communicator who can inspire a team.
* Experience in using MS Office packages.
* Experience with dealer management systems (DMS).
* Experience in people management and team building.
* Extensive knowledge of the motor industry.
