. School Administrator - Liverpool We are currently seeking a reliable and organised School Administrator to join our team, supporting schools across Liverpool. Role Details: Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm Location: Liverpool (working across multiple school sites) Pay: £17.50 per hour Key Responsibilities: Providing administrative support to school offices Managing attendance records and pupil data Handling enquiries from staff, parents, and visitors Supporting with admissions and general school processes Maintaining accurate records using school systems (e.g. SIMS/Arbor or similar) Assisting senior leadership teams with day-to-day operations About You: Previous administrative experience is essential Experience working within a school setting is desirable Strong organisational and communication skills Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office Ability to adapt quickly across different school environments A proactive and professional approach APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SPENCER CLARKE GROUP All applications are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) in line with our stringent safeguarding policy.
