We’re working with welcoming schools across Barnsley who are keen to support education students and ECTs looking to work as Teaching Assistants or HLTAs alongside their degree. It’s a brilliant way to build confidence, sharpen your classroom skills, and earn while you learn.

What you’ll be doing:
5. Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

Who we’re looking for:
9. Education students or ECTs currently studying towards QTS
10. Confident, reliable, and keen to get stuck in
11. Available at least 1 to 2 days per week during term time
12. A genuine interest in developing a career in teaching
