Job Description
Support the day-to-day processing of the GXO payroll service, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Previous experience as a payroller is preferred.
This is a permanent role based in Northampton, with flexible working options.
Pay, Benefits And More
Salary up to £30,000 per annum. Benefits include 25 days annual leave, pension, GXO University, discounts, cycle scheme, and internal promotions.
Responsibilities
1. Enter payroll data into ADP Global View system.
2. Update employee payroll records.
3. Resolve pay-related queries via phone or ticketing system.
4. Check payroll reports and resolve errors promptly.
Requirements
* Experience in payroll, preferably with ADP Global View.
* Knowledge of HMRC guidance and payroll regulations.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Additional Information
* Entry level, full-time position in Human Resources/Accounting.
