We seek a Band 3 Therapy Assistant to join our friendly team and provide essential care to patients in the community.
Overview
Fixed‑term, maternity cover – approximately 9 months. Full‑time role.
Responsibilities
* Provide support for clinical care to patients closer to home as part of the patient pathway from the acute sector through to discharge.
* Deliver support and treatment for patients within their own homes, including appropriate aspects of exercise, activity and treatment programmes prescribed by a clinician, aiming to optimise rehabilitation potential.
* Carry out non‑clinical activities that facilitate the efficient running of the multi‑disciplinary team.
Qualifications
* Full valid driving licence.
* Access to a vehicle for business purposes.
Working Hours
8:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday. 9:00 – 17:00, weekends – weekend rota included.
