Project Manager
Position Type: 12-Month Contract
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: On-site travel to Cardiff and Essex / 1–2 days per week working from home
Travel & Expenses: Full claim for travel and expenses, £10 daily allowance for lunch, claim car parking etc.

wAn opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a small, tight, and busy team of 4 Project Managers, stepping in to pick up a high volume of active projects due to an internal promotion. The role involves managing the delivery of complex medical pathology and laboratory automation solutions, handling IT delivery, and arranging engineers, with active projects currently based in Cardiff and Essex
.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex projects and driving improvements, standardization and effectiveness in processes, tools and training, using standard Project management methodology
.
Major Accountabiliti
* esDrive improvements, standardization, efficiency and effectiveness in processes, tools and trainings using Project management tool
* s.Lead complex projects, either standalone or automation, managing the project to hit major milestones and ensure TOR is met to deliver commercial billin

* e.Provide leadership for project team (internally and customer facing
* ).Assist and drive major implementation requirements for Key Account customer
* s.Develop project plans to meet the business needs in line with guideline
* s.Success in this role is measured by Country sales, margin and EP goals, agreed win rate and retention rate, Increased TOR for defined accounts and Increased efficiency and standardization of RFP, RFI and tender response
* s.Carry out project tasks as defined by Management, managing resource plan, installation plan and Go live expectation
* s.Conducts periodic forums, Project governance meetings internally with stakeholders, externally with Customer and third party supplier
