Are you a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference in patient care? We are looking for dedicated Nurses to join our Community Hospitals teams across Kent. You’ll oversee the holistic care provided to patients, provide leadership by maintaining clinical standards, and may take charge of the ward in the absence of senior staff. Our units predominantly provide rehabilitation and end-of-life support for palliative patients and their families. You’ll work closely with patients, families, and a multi-professional team including doctors, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. You’ll contribute to a culture of excellence and be part of a team committed to providing safe, effective services and a positive patient experience.

Driving may be required for these roles as you may be asked to travel to other sites to provide support to your community hospital colleagues if and when needed.

Responsibilities
* Maintain high clinical standards and use evidence-based practices.
* Oversee holistic care for patients and manage a caseload of patients with complex needs.
* Develop integrated care packages, support junior staff, and actively participate in a multi-professional team to ensure high-quality care.
* Lead and may take charge of the ward in the absence of senior staff.
* Participate in 24-hour internal rotation and be willing to move to other community hospital sites to cover service needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Registered Nurse (RN) with current valid registration.
* Ability to maintain high clinical standards and work in a community hospital setting with rehabilitation and end-of-life care focus.
* Ability to work with a multi-professional team and support junior staff.
* Flexible working arrangements and good communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence is required where driving is a requirement of the role; driving may be needed to travel to other sites.
