As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will help us maintain and enhance the quality of our housing stock - ensuring safe, energy-efficient, and well-maintained homes for our residents.
As this role is mobile, traveling across our property portfolio to complete Stock Condition Surveys it is essential that you have a full driving licence and access to a car for business usage.
What You'll Do
* Conduct detailed surveys of domestic properties and communal areas using digital tools.
* Assess housing conditions using the Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS).
* Identify and escalate repair needs and safety concerns.
* Work independently across a diverse property portfolio, including void inspections.
* Engage with residents and internal teams to ensure smooth access and clear communication.
What You'll Bring
* A degree in Building Surveying OR equivalent experience in property surveying.
* Strong understanding of asset management and housing legislation.
* Excellent communication, time management and IT skills.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to quality.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a business-insured vehicle.
