Senior Ecologist
Location: Leeds
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 per annum.
The successful Senior Ecologist will work closely alongside the ecology team in and around Leeds, conducting protected species surveys.
Position Overview
* Undertaking protected species surveys
* Producing technical reports (PEA and PRA reports, BNG reports, protected species reports, etc.)
* Managing small‑to‑medium sized projects, with support from senior management
Requirements
* 5+ years of industry experience
* Degree in Ecology, Environmental Management, or a related field
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Chartered Institute of Ecology & Environmental Management (CIEEM) membership preferred
* Particular interest in Botany and BNG an advantage
