Smile Education are proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming, two-form entry primary school in Lichfield to recruit a full-time Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a Key Stage 2 class, starting this September.

About the Role:
* Planning and delivering effective and engaging lesson plans to the whole class.
* Adapting lesson plans and teaching strategies to meet and support all children’s learning needs and abilities.
* Managing and supervising classroom behaviour following the schools’ policies and procedures.
* Maintaining a strong, positive parent partnership.
* Completing reports and assessments focusing on children’s individual learning and development.
* Providing clear, effective feedback and marking to learners and their families.
* Creating a positive learning environment for all and ensuring strong, professional relationships.
