How you will make an impact:
Area &Key Activities:
Operational & Commercial Coordination
Raise purchase orders and invoices; manage supplier processes; support onboarding of new scopes; track overtime and cost allocation.
Financial & Reporting.
Maintain sales, billing and supplier reports; cost analysis; support CTC calculations; review credit notes and cancellations.
Project Support & Delivery
Support PMs with planning, scheduling, and tracking; maintain project documentation; monitor cost/schedule performance; support stakeholder coordination.
Business Support & Governance
Participate in contract reviews; analyse performance data; support continuous improvement and reporting accuracy.
Development Opportunity
This role offers a structured pathway into Project Management, with increasing responsibility for planning, financial control, and stakeholder coordination.
Background & Experience
1. Experience in service coordination, operations, or project support
2. Strong analytical and reporting capability
3. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
4. Understanding of project management principles
5. Strong organisational and communication skills
6. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
7. Experience in energy or industrial sectors is advantageous
