Location: Manchester, Heywood or Hull This isn’t a “build it from scratch” role. You’ll inherit an established flagship account with: ✔️ An active contractor pool ✔️ Projects already confirmed for the year ✔️ Existing infrastructure and processes ✔️ Strong client relationships spanning a decade ✔️ Real opportunity to expand Your focus? Deliver exceptional service to both the client and our contractors and then grow the desk further. This role blends: Account Management – nurturing and strengthening an existing partnership. Business Development – expanding the relationship and building new opportunities beyond the core account. Sales – identifying growth areas, increasing contractor numbers, and developing this arm of the business. We’re looking for someone who: • Has experience in engineering or technical recruitment (contract market preferred) • Has a strong understanding of IR35 and the compliance landscape surrounding contract recruitment • Understands the pace and expectations of managing a key account • Is commercially driven and enjoys spotting growth opportunities • Takes pride in service delivery just as much as revenue generation You won’t be starting from zero but you will have the autonomy to make this desk your own and scale it. The role is managing Siemens - a key high margin contractor account. This account will deliver around 150-200k in GM so plenty of bonus earning potential straight away. The applicant will also be expected to further develop the account and win other comparable business as its a real area we want to expand further.
