Key Responsibilities
* Assemble metal boxes and fit insulation
* Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
* Follow assembly instructions and diagrams
* Maintain clean, safe, and organised working areas
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets
Requirements
* Previous assembly or manufacturing experience (essential)
* Confident and competent in the use of hand tools and power tools
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
* Reliable and punctual
