Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide support to students with special educational needs
* Assist in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs)
* Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents
* Encourage independence and development in pupils
Qualifications/Experience
* Passion for working with children
* Compassion, patience, and empathy for individuals with SEN
* Excellent communication skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt
* Teamwork skills
* Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / Level 6 Qualification - Degree
* Experience in a primary school setting
