Were hiring a Lead-level UX and Product Designer on behalf of a digital studio thats been creating creative, impactful experiences for over two decades. Youll be joining a team of technologists, creatives and thinkers who believe great design should be both delightful and technically sound. What youll be doing
As Lead Product Designer, youll guide projects from the first conversation through to final delivery. Youll lead discovery phases, run workshops, and shape product direction through research and insight. Youll collaborate with clients, stakeholders and teammates to balance creativity, usability and technical feasibility.
Youll design user journeys, wireframes and prototypes, and help build scalable design systems. Youll get hands-on with tools like Figma and Miro, and work closely with developers and strategists in agile environments. Youll also mentor others, contribute to pitches, and help define how design connects to business goals and user outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone whos curious, collaborative and confident in their craft someone who enjoys solving complex problems and shaping ethical, human-centred digital experiences.
What experience youll need to apply
Strong experience in UX and product design.
Skilled in user research, insight synthesis and stakeholder alignment.
Comfortable leading workshops and co-design sessions.
Competent in UI design and design systems.
Familiarity with agile and lean ways of working.
Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive user journeys.
Experience mentoring others and supporting design best practice.
Bonus: experience in charity, health or gaming sectors.
