Senior Community Mental Health Nurse (Band 6) - Dementia Assessment & Support Service Pay Rate: £21 - £28 Per Hour Hours: 37.5 per week Location: Stafford, Staffordshire UK Are you an experienced Mental Health Nurse with HMP and Community expertise, ready to lead high-quality dementia care within a dynamic multidisciplinary team? We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Senior Community Mental Health Nurse to join our Dementia Assessment and Support Service. About the Role You will manage a complex caseload within the dementia community mental health pathway, with flexibility to work across other pathways in line with service needs. As a senior clinician, you will lead on specialist assessments, develop formulation-based care plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and provide clinical supervision and support to colleagues.
