What Youll Do
* Work collaboratively to plan production lines that support efficient operations and meet customer needs.
* Coordinate production capacity planning for assigned lines.
* Help manage warehouse stock levels, keeping costs efficient and monitoring key stock thresholds.
* Support the timely ordering of materials by working closely with sales teams and suppliers.
* Source non-manufactured materials to meet both production and customer requirements, following order and receipt processes.
* Keep production-related data up to date, including bills of materials (BOM), routing, material records, and purchasing info.
* Support accurate and timely control of production data.
* Play an active role in achieving departmental goals and performance targets.
What Were Looking For
* Experience in production planning, especially in a manufacturing environment, is a plus.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Well-organised with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Experience using SAP is desirable but not essential.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
