Within this role, you will support our financial planners while having day-to-day responsibility for a bank of clients. You will also be expected to proactively manage and build relationships with clients.

To achieve this, our new Client Manager will:
Responsibilities
* Attend client meetings alongside the Financial Planner and create meeting minutes that accurately reflect the information gathered to document a client’s financial needs and objectives.
* Maintain an ongoing relationship with clients, keep them informed, answer queries and arrange review meetings.
* Work alongside the Financial Planner to discuss the client’s circumstances and be involved in creating and implementing a financial strategy to meet the client’s objectives.
* Carry out research and analyse products and services appropriate to each client’s financial circumstances and discuss suitable solutions with the Financial Planner.
* Prepare clear investment strategy, mandate, and recommendation reports, ensuring adherence with regulatory standards for review by the Financial Planner.
* Complete quarterly reviews of client portfolios to support ongoing client relationships, including maintaining a client file review system to regularly assess holdings and changing financial priorities.
* Effectively use research and planning systems such as Analytics, O&M, Voyant, Papercloud and wrap platforms such as Nucleus.
* Be responsible for ensuring that recommendations are fully implemented in a timely manner.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, compliance and regulatory developments.
* Work in line with the requirements of the Consumer Duty legislation to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, or an equivalent qualification.
