SUMMARY OF ROLE
Reporting to the Maintenance Contracts Manager you will be responsible for addressing urgent repairs, maintenance tasks, and small works projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responding to urgent maintenance repairs, addressing reported issues promptly
* Performing small works
* Following maintenance schedules ensuring regular maintenance tasks are completed according to a schedule.
* Working safely, adhering to health and safety regulations using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and completing relevant training as required
* Communicating effectively, clearly communicating with clients and colleagues about tasks, progress, and potential issues.
DESIRABLE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
1. Experience working in a Maintenance role would be an advantage
2. Joinery NVQ Level 3
3. Fire Door Maintenance Desirable
