Role : Health and Safety Compliance Administrator
Salary : £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
Location : Colchester, Essex
Your Role
1. Management of Health and Safety Audits – Following audits by the Health and Safety Manager, ensure all actions are assigned ownership and completed in a timely manner.
2. Managing Fire & Water Risk Assessments - End to end including organising and planning of external/internal assessments, arranging conference calls with Health and Safety Manager, Head of Estates, Area Directors and Service Managers, to assign ownership of remedial actions, following through to conclusion deadlines.
3. Planning Preventative Maintenance – Responsible for the scheduling of all services PPM’s, assigning any remedial works and ensuring all certification is up to date and in place.
4. Managing the QFM system in regards to services PPM certificates, PPM scheduling with compatible file naming conventions.
5. Producing monthly reports on our current compliant position of the above tasks.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
13. Be able work as part of a cross-functional team with strong detail and accuracy of compliance.
14. Be able to produce PowerPoint presentations, to support monthly reporting. Create and manage risk assessment action plans using Excel.
15. Ideally have previous experience in using Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.
