Salary: £26,000-£28,000 + Bonus

Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:45-17:15
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, customer‑focused team where you will play a key part in supporting sales activity and ensuring customers receive a first‑class service. You will handle incoming enquiries, process orders accurately, and become a trusted point of contact for both customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer sales orders received by phone and email
Handle incoming calls and deliver excellent customer service
Provide day‑to‑day sales support and respond to customer queries
Input and update data across internal IT systems
Maintain accurate customer records and databases
Check order information for accuracy and completeness
Build strong product knowledge to support customers effectively
Skills Required
A professional and confident telephone manner
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Experience with Sage Line 50 is desirable but not essential
