We’re looking for an Operational Excellence Lead to drive continuous improvement across a fast-paced operational environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about efficiency, performance insight, and coaching teams to deliver better outcomes.
This role is paying between £45-55k + Bens (Hybrid - The business has sites around the UK).
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support Operational Excellence (OpEx) and continuous improvement initiatives
* Embed standard ways of working and operational performance routines
* Track and report benefits, productivity improvements, and performance insights
* Coach operational leaders in Lean / OpEx tools and problem-solving techniques
* Identify inefficiencies and support improvements in service delivery and operational performance
Desired Experience
* Experience delivering operational or continuous improvement initiatives
* Exposure to Lean, Operational Excellence, or CI methodologies
* Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance dashboards
* Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching skills
* Background in CI - in a customer operations, contact centres, or operational environments is advantageous
