Key Responsibilities Design and implement age-appropriate educational activities that cater to the development of children aged 0-5 years. Mentor and guide staff to ensure high standards of care and education are achieved in accordance with regulatory compliance. Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to safety principles and best practices. Monitor and assess children's progress and development, and communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s milestones. Collaborate with the team to develop and assess key performance indicators to improve educational outcomes. Manage budgets and resources efficiently to ensure the sustainability of nursery programs and activities. Ensure compliance with all local regulations and standards governing early childhood education. Essential Qualifications Relevant experience in early childhood education, specifically focusing on the development of children under the age of 5. Strong mentoring and team management skills. Deep understanding of regulatory compliance related to early years settings. Ability to design educational programs that meet the diverse needs of children. Proficient in budgeting skills for resource management. Desired Experience Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within an educational setting. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team to deliver high-quality education. Experience in using key performance indicators to track and enhance children’s development. Salary & Benefits Salary: £21,000 - £28,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
